automobile Batteries. High performance of any vehicle can be primarily
sensed at the time of its ignition start of any like Bike, Car, Truck,

Battery Terminals can be made out of any metal such as Brass, Copper,
Aluminum, Zinc and Lead etc. of which we are specialized to produce
them exclusively from Brass Metal only. Battery Terminals should be
produced in such a way that it should not have rough surface with sharp
edges, heavy burrs etc. Otherwise it will damage the Wire which can
cause short circuit leading to mishaps & tragedies. Beside
Automobiles, Battery Terminals are also used in various electrical
applications Such as Invertor Batteries.
Material: Free Cutting Brass IS 319 (I) or BS 249 (I) or any High Grade
for Turning Process & IS 4413:CZ131 for Forging Process Battery
Terminals. Apart, Any special Brass Material Composition as per custom
requirement. Bolt, nut or accessories can be made out of brass or steel.
Sizes & Types: Angle Type, Strip Type, Lucas Type & Marine Type
battery terminals are the four basic types. Heavy, Medium & Small
variants are encompassed in Angle & Strip type where as in Lucas
type the sizes are coming as 9.5mm, 11mm & 13mm. Marine Type is
available as per custom demand & design which comes with Stud &
Wing Nut. However any specific type or sizes can be developed as per
custom design.
Finish: Natural, Nickel, Tin or any coating as per custom specification.
